A British National and an alumni of the College of Engineering, Guindy, Madras, India, where he completed his Degree in Civil Engineering and later obtained a Post-graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Leicester University, UK.

He has lived and worked in UK, USA, Canada and East Africa for more than three decades and has wide experience in Investment Promotion, Export Development, Renewable Energy Technology Transfer, Project Management and Technical Personnel Selection, in industrialized and developing countries. He has also worked as a Consultant on projects funded by the World Bank, European Union, UNDP, UNIDO and other Donor Agencies in East Africa.

Besides, he has attended a number of UN Conferences on 'Renewable Energy, Liquefied Petroleum Gas, Energy Conservation and Climate Change' around the globe and also traveled extensively on business in North America, Western Europe, South Asia, Middle East, Far East, Japan, China and Australia

An Indian national, in his late thirties, a Commerce graduate and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has more than 10 years of experience in project evaluation & appraisal and project finance syndication.

He is a practicing Chartered Accountant and a full-time Partner in M/s RAJ & SUBRAMANIAN, Chartered Accountants with offices in Chennai & Mumbai and has been seconded by his Firm to Renco Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Director in his professional capacity.

Mr. G. Jayaraman - Director
B.E. (Mech).

An Indian national, 63 years, a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Post- Graduate Diploma in SQC, OR & Industrial Management. He has four decades of experience in Process Industries viz. Cement, Refractories, Fertiliser Granulation, Power Plants, Coal Handling & Coal Washing and also in Engineering Components Industries. His another area of specialization is 'Business Strategy for competition and growth'.

He is a Member of the 'Energy Conservation Cell' of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Southern Region and Chairman of the National Awards Committee.

Mr. J Aravind Murugan - Project Engineer
B.E. (Mech).

An Indian National, a graduate in Mechanical Engineering who has worked with a well-known premier Technical Institution in South India viz. Institute for Energy Studies, Anna University, Chennai for three years.

He has experience in a wide variety of Renewable Energy & Energy Conservation Projects in the four States of South India viz. Tamilnadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, including the analysis of various Biomass Resources in this regions, on behalf of the Ministry of Non-conventional Energy Sources (MNES), New Delhi & the Tamilnadu Energy Development Agency (TEDA).

Mr. B. Vijayakumar - Project Consultant - Paper & Allied Products
M.Tech (Chem. Engg.)

An Indian national, 50 years with over 25 years of wide experience in pulp & paper industries and also in other processing industries, including consultancy experience with reputed Paper Consultancy Firms in India.

His specialty is in paper project design, planning and execution of various projects, varying from 15 tpd to 50 tpd, right from site selection, preparation of techno- economic feasibility studies, project appraisal, detailed engineering (including waste water & effluent treatment and water treatment) and erection & commissioning.

Dr. R S. Madhavan - Principal Consultant
ME, PhD.

He is an Indian National in his mid 40s and obtained his Ph.D in Energy Technology. He is a specialist in Biomass Energy, Co-generation & Municipal Waste Recycling and is associated with a number of Renewable Energy & Energy Conservation Consultancy Projects ( industrial & commercial ) within India.
